How much is delivery?
We keep it student-friendly:
• Bookstore Pickup: Free
• Inside UNILAG (Hostels/Faculties): ₦500
• Immediate Environs (Akoka/Abule-Oja): ₦1,000
• General Lagos Delivery: ₦4,500 (Base Fare)
*NOTE: For distant locations (Island, Ikorodu, Ajah, etc.), the ₦4,500 is a provisional fee. You may be contacted to pay the difference based on current rider rates, or you can choose to arrange your own dispatch to pick up from us.*
How long does delivery take?
• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri).
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM.
• Weekend: Orders placed on Friday afternoon are delivered Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Do you deliver to my room door?
For security reasons and hostel regulations, our runners stop at the Hostel Gate or Faculty Entrance. We will call you when we arrive, so please keep your phone close! Runners are not permitted to enter hostel rooms.
What if I miss the delivery?
Our runner will wait for 10 minutes. If we cannot reach you, the item will be returned to our hub. You will need to pay a re-delivery fee to have it sent again. We are not responsible for delays caused by unavailability.
